SUFFER Appoints Kevin James as Operations Director for SUFFER Media Division

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - January 12, 2011) - SUFFER (PINKSHEETS: SUFF) today announced the appointment of KEVIN JAMES as Operations Director for the "Suffer Media" division.

Suffer President, Joseph Lewis, today proudly announced the appointment of Kevin James to the Suffer Media Division, and stated, "With the increasing exposure and demand for media applications for Celebrity and upcoming UFC fighters and events, the company has been receiving a multitude of diversified requests for media based promotional material for both the company's celebrity and upcoming fighters."

Mr. Lewis further stated, "This type of exposure now requires full time qualified personnel to process and co-ordinate the daily requests now being experienced by Suffer's Apparel division for marketing campaigns and promotional products. Mr. James has an extensive marketing background both domestically and internationally that we look forward to utilizing."

Suffer Media will now manage all aspects of the Suffer's Fighters promotions, support materials, radio and TV hosting and interviews, in addition to the co-ordination, production and supply of all promotional materials need along with branding awareness for the company's "Suffer Apparel" clothing and fight gear lines.

SUFFER APPAREL: Suffer Apparel is the unit of SUFFER that designs and produces clothing for retail. Currently clothing is being produced catering to the MMA fan base for both Men and Women since SUFFER Director FRANK MIR has a large fan base in MMA, and expose the brand for faster growth. The company is in design phase for juniors / Kids, and is looking to expand into the Jewelry market as well. The apparel unit of SUFFER is the main revenue producing unit. SUFFER TRAINING CENTER: The Suffer Training Center serves as a private facility for members of the UFC, STRIKEFORCE, as well as other MMA promotions to train and test new equipment being developed for resale by SUFFER. The center is not publicly accessible in order to conduct Research and Development without risk of our products being compromised. In addition to Research and Development, the SUFFER Training Center also serves as a facility for the filming of promotional and Training MMA Videos. The company's strategy here is to use the center as 1) A marketing tool to promote out websites and products 2) A tool to sign prospective athletes that would like to train at the center and be sponsored by SUFFER, and be able to show a history of professional use of any products we end up producing.

SUFFER FIGHT GEAR: SUFFER FIGHT GEAR is currently in its final design phase with an expected launch in 2011. The company expects to license out its name to a certain gear manufacturers that already have distribution in place, as well as put out the line of training gear that is being used at the SUFFER TRAINING CENTER. Initially the company plans to sell bags, gloves, mouthguards, pads, fight cages, mats.
