SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 30, 2013) - Microsoft Partner The Full Suite has integrated Xero's Practice Manager for accountants with Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint, providing accountants with low cost, cloud based document management.
The integration with Office 365 and SharePoint is achieved using The Full Suite's SuiteFiles web application. SuiteFiles lets documents created in Office 365 automatically include client information from Xero Practice Manager saving accountants hours per week and ensuring documents are more accurate. Client documents such as contracts, images and spreadsheets relevant to a project or job can be accessed directly from SuiteFiles.
Working with Xero Practice Manager, SuiteFiles enhances document management on the Microsoft platform. A template contract can be created in SuiteFiles, and simply updated with data pulled from Practice Manager per client, creating efficiency and consistency and insuring against user error.

This is the first time a document management system has had two-way integration with Xero Practice Manager. It adds to existing integrations between Xero and Box, Dropbox and Google Drive.
As part of this integration, SuiteFiles also integrates Xero's WorkFlowMax job costing software with Microsoft Office 365.
