Summer campaign against impaired driving launched Friday

HSAS and MADD Canada will launch a Province-wide summer public awareness campaign

Attention: Health/Medical Editor, News Editor, Photo Editor SASKATOON, SK, MEDIA ADVISORY--(Marketwire - May 15, 2008) - Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan (HSAS) and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD Canada) have partnered again this summer to urge Saskatchewan motorists not to drive while impaired by alcohol or drugs.

The two organizations will be launching their Province-wide public awareness campaign on Friday morning in Saskatoon. Media and the public are welcomed to the press conference of the launch event.

WHERE: SaskTel Lecture Theatre, Royal University Hospital (103 Hospital Drive, Saskatoon)

Media Note: There will be a brief presentation program which will include the unveiling of new campaign materials. Chris Driol, the HSAS President and Diane Fontaine, MADD Canada's Saskatoon and Area Chapter President will be present for photos and one-on-one interviews.
