Who: The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and the Command and General Staff College Foundation

What: Summit on Entrepreneurship and Expeditionary Economics. Senior military, civilian policymakers and academics will discuss how to stimulate economic growth in post-conflict and post-disaster areas in which the U.S. military is engaged. The premise of the conference is that the long-term success of such engagements will depend on the performance of the economy once combat and immediate humanitarian relief end and the process of rebuilding begins.
