SUN and U.S. Army Team Up for Art of War II

U.S. Army Comes on as Event's Presenting Sponsor

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 11, 2007 -- SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SSPE) announced today that the United States Army has taken the lead as the presenting sponsor for the next Art of War II scheduled for Friday, May 11th, 2007 in Austin, Texas at the Austin Convention Center.

According to Kim Levine, Public Affairs Officer for the U.S. Army, in a written letter to SUN after the inaugural event: "I wanted to thank you for the support you and your team provided the U.S. Army at the Art of War event in Dallas, Texas, March 9, 2007. You went above and beyond to make sure our sponsorship was successful and beneficial to our recruiting initiatives. Our Future Soldiers loved being a part of the flag ceremony, and taking the Oath of Enlistment ring-side in front of the crowd certainly helped to reinforce their commitment and decision to serve. Overall, it was a great event, and I look forward to working with SUN future events. Thank you!"

The premiere of "Art of War" opened to over 6,700 fans on March 9th 2007 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX and witnessed a first class mixed martial arts card that featured a dramatic battle between UFC veterans Pedro Rizzo and Justin Eilers for the IFA World Heavyweight Championship. Rizzo, of Brazil, took the title in a hard fought slugfest between two of the World's top heavyweights.

One of the fighters showcased, U.S. Army Damien Stelly, is scheduled to make his second appearance with Art of War at AOW 2 on May 11th, 2007 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, TX. Stelly made an impact on AOW fans with an impressive victory over Mike Sheppard at AOW 1 on March 9th, 2007. The 25-year-old Lafayette, Louisiana native is set to take on Sweden's Klas Akesson at AOW 2. Standing 6'0" tall and weighing in at 205 lbs, Stelly represents Modern Army Combatives and possesses a professional mixed martial arts record of 7 wins and 1 loss including 3 wins by KO, 3 wins by submission and 1 win by decision.

SUN is delighted to welcome the U.S. Army to its list of Sponsors and hopes that this event will bring greater awareness to the armed forces and support for the country during our time of War!
