Sims, who has developed his own "Sims Fu" fighting style and is best known for a variety of modified choke holds, is looking to make a big statement in his battle against Guillen.

"I'm ready to put on a show for the fans in Austin and remind the world that I am truly one of the best heavyweights in the world," said the 27-year-old Sims. "This is a very important fight in my efforts to get to the top of the heavyweight division."

Although only 6'0" tall, the 240 lb. Guillen won't be intimidated by the bigger Smith. "No problem with me," said Guillen of Sims' 10" height advantage. "Everyone knows my game is ground and pound and when an opponent is on the ground, we are all the same height."

The winner of the Sims vs Guillen fight will most certainly be in line for a world title shot at the recently crowned IFA champion, Rizzo, according to SUN Sports & Entertainment CEO, C.J. Comu. "Absolutely, we would be looking to have the winner fight Rizzo for the IFA title," confirmed Comu. "Our goal at SUN is to present the best fights and fighters in the world, and a Championship fight between the winner of Sims and Guillen against Rizzo would certainly fit that bill."

In addition to the main event, Comu guarantees Austin fight fans an exciting night. "From top to bottom, we have an excellent card," he noted. "In addition to our main event, we have the best of the Austin MMA fighters, as well as several noted International fighters on the card. It should be a great night for all the great MMA fans in Austin."
