Sungold International Holdings Corp. Announces SEC Filing: Annual Report Form 20F

Sungold International Holdings Corp. announced that it has filed the Annual Report Form 20F, including audited Financial Statements, for the year ended August 31, 2008 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It was filed on Monday April 20th, instead of Friday April 17th, despite our best efforts. Because of this technicality, the company was moved from the OTC Bulletin Board, and currently trades at under the symbol SGIH. When looking for a listing from financial services websites, you may need to change our symbol to for their purposes. You can also access our trading summary from our own web site

Now that the company is in full compliance, we anticipate reinstatement on the OTC Bulletin Board in the near future.

In the meantime, Silks Corporation has been completing contracts with race tracks for the simulcast betting signals for the Turf Club at Dempsey's, Off-Track Betting location in Fargo ND. A total of 21 Race Tracks have been signed under contract so far.
