Sungold® Reports Progress Update for Affiliated Silks Corporation's ADW Site and Share Distribution

Silks Corporation, an affiliated company of Sungold International Holdings Corp., has recently completed the necessary arrangements for processing computerized on-line wagering on the Advance Deposit Wagering site, www.racingtheworld.com. Software refinement is currently underway in preparation for the launch. The intention is to be in operation for the fall racing season, or even sooner.

In addition, the Silks Corporation share distribution, as previously announced, has been initiated, giving Sungold shareholders of record on February 29, 2008 one share of Silks Corporation for each 10 Sungold shares owned.
