Sunquest's President to Join

Attention: Lifestyle Editor, Media Editor, News Editor, Travel/Tourism Editor, Transportation Editor TORONTO/ON--(Marketwire - July 10, 2007) - itravel2000, Canada's leading travel retailer is delighted to announce that Andrew Dawson will be joining its Canadian operation. Andrew will join the team based in Mississauga, Ontario in mid-August.

Andrew joins from Thomas Cook Group plc, for whom he has worked within the Airtours and MyTravel businesses for the past thirteen years. Andrew has held various senior roles in tour operating and retail in the United Kingdom, USA and Canada. Since 2004, Andrew has been President of Sunquest, Canada's second largest charter tour operator, and recently voted the Canadian Travel Agents' favourite for the second year running.

Prior to joining Sunquest, Andrew headed up the Canadian Retail Call Centre and e-commerce businesses, after moving back to Toronto after a spell in San Jose, California where he successfully turned around the fortunes of SunTrips the second largest operator in the Western USA. Andrew is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and prior to the travel industry had finance, consumer marketing and buying experience with Asda plc in the UK.
