NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - December 16, 2010) - Sunrise Consulting Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SNRS) announced today the company's accountant has successfully completed the financial statements necessary to remain in compliance with PinkSheets, and that those financials are being submitted to PinkSheets today. As previously announced, these financials are simultaneously being sent to the company's legal counsel, who is expected to have the Disclosure statement complete no later than December 22, 2010 so that the company can conclude its final submission of all documentation required and necessary to achieve the "Current Information" status with PinkSheets.
