(TSX VENTURE:SAI) (the "Company") announces that it has changed its financial year-end from September 30 to December 31. The change in financial year-end has been made to coincide with the financial year-end of the Company's operating subsidiaries, Dalian Sunshine Agri-Tech Co. and Changchun Sunshine Bio-Feed Co., Ltd.
