Previously operated as Riu Playa Turquesa in the resort area of Holguin, Sunwing Vacations customers will now be able to enjoy Memories Resorts & Spas' renowned all inclusive hospitality here for the first time.
Memories Holguin Beach Resort is located on a pristine beach enveloped by lush foliage and surrounded by sprawling pools. Families will appreciate the spacious rooms and host of all-inclusive amenities and services, including supervised children's activities, appearances by famous kids' characters, and a teen lounge. Capitalizing on its idyllic and romantic beachfront setting, the expansive resort also offers professional wedding planners for brides- and grooms-to-be and planning services for honeymoons and other special occasions.
Guests can select between seven distinct buffet and à la carte venues offering local and international cuisine and enjoy six bars, including a cigar bar serving the famed Cuban cigar. Vibrant evening shows and the on-site disco will keep everyone entertained day and night. With 531 guestrooms and suites, accommodations range from double rooms with terraces to spacious suites with separate living areas. Designed to reflect the vibrancy of the Cuban culture, the décor is bright and sunny with tropical accents and signature Memories amenities, as well as in-room liquor dispensers.
Beyond the impressive all inclusive plan, guests can choose to take advantage of additional on-site services including motorized water sports rentals and horseback riding, along with spa and beauty treatments.
