Sunwing is celebrating 10 years of holidays in Cuba with its Viva Cuba Anniversary Sale. With exceptional savings at a variety of participating hotels, Sunwing travellers can trade in slush and snow for sandy beaches this winter by taking advantage of reduced prices and great deals to this popular vacation destination.

"Cuba is firmly established as a favourite travel destination for Canadians," commented Andrew Dawson, President of Tour Operations. "Sunwing is proud to support Cuba year-round and this winter, we have expanded our program to offer exceptional Cuba vacations from 25 Canadian gateways."

The promotion is applicable from gateways across Canada to several popular Cuba destinations and is valid from October 20 to November 3, 2012 for departures between January 1 and February 28, 2013. Vacation packages from Toronto to Varadero start from $545 per person plus taxes of $290 for departures on January 5 and 12, 2013.

All Sunwing vacation packages to Cuba include flights aboard the "high frills" Sunwing Airlines, where passengers are treated to the award winning Champagne Service, which includes a bon-voyage glass of champagne, hot towel service, a choice of hot meals at lunch and dinner served with choice of wine, and complimentary in-flight entertainment, including first run movies. For just $40 more per flight segment, travellers can upgrade to Sunwing's Elite Plus service, which features extra leg room seats, advance seat selection, separate check-in at a majority of airports, advance boarding, and 30 kg baggage allowance.
