Superior Group Announces the Formation of a Center of Excellence for Executive Recruitment

New Service Will Provide Nationwide Executive Search and Recruiting Capabilities and Focus on Enhancing Client Partnerships

WILLIAMSVILLE, NY--(Marketwire - Dec 5, 2011) - Superior Group (Superior), an international workforce and business solutions provider, announced today that they have formed a Center of Excellence for Executive Recruitment as an extension of their Client Recruiting Services. This dedicated team of specialized recruiters will provide enhanced recruiting support focusing on C-level and other senior management-grade direct placement positions.

While the company has often placed C-Suite executives through onsite managed service programs, the development of a dedicated team is a strategic portfolio expansion that will complement their traditional recruitment services. Led by Christopher Delaney, Superior's Director of Client Recruiting Services, seasoned team members in four regions of the U.S. will work together to engage candidates through traditional networking, as well as social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
