February 2014 Cash Dividend - $0.05 per share
Superior Plus Corp. ("Superior") today announced its cash dividend for the month of February 2014 of $0.05 per share payable on March 14, 2014. The record date is February 28, 2014 and the ex-dividend date will be February 26, 2014. Superior's annualized cash dividend rate is currently $0.60 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
2013 Fourth Quarter and Year-End Results and Conference Call
Superior expects to release its 2013 fourth quarter and year-end results on Wednesday, February 19, 2014.
