NORFOLK, NE--(Marketwired - July 13, 2015) - Supertel Hospitality, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPPR), a real estate investment trust (REIT), today announced that it sold the 63-room Days Inn in Ashland, Kentucky on July 1, 2015 for $2.24 million. Net proceeds from the sale will be used for general corporate purposes and future acquisitions.
