SuperVision Entertainment Inc. (Ticker Symbol: SVET) Announces First Stage $100 Million Limited Partnership Paves Way for $660 Million "Magic Gardens" Project in California

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 22, 2007 -- SuperVision Entertainment Inc: (PINKSHEETS: SVET) -- The company is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement of terms for the purchase of 800 +/- acres of land NE of Los Angeles. The purchase, funded by a $100 million Limited Partnership, with SuperVision being the General Partner, will complete the first stage development of a project that will ultimately cost $660 million in total.

The site is not far from the International "Six Flags" theme park north of Los Angeles. The final decision for the location of the SuperVision "Magic Garden" was made after an extensive search in a number of countries for a site that met all the criteria.

The property is set in a spectacular location, surrounded by magnificent mountain views. Not only is the property outstanding in every respect, a Registered California Geological Engineers indicates that the property may have access to several BILLION gallons of fresh water.

The water source located on the property was drilled through various hard granite levels and hit water at a depth of 435 ft. The volume of water available to the well, from one watershed alone, is estimated at 4,700 acre ft. (or 1.8 BILLION gallons). However, the fracture zone is connected to three additional east-west fracture zones and a prominent northwest fracture zone. Collectively these zones potentially contain several billion gallons of additional water.

Importantly, the source on the property can deliver approximately 80-100 million gallons of water a year without affecting the aquifer or reservoir beneath the property.

In layman's terms, the SuperVision "Magic Garden" property is sitting on an ocean of fresh water, which in California is better than gold and oil combined. A huge market exists for the water, not only in California but throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. (Please check 2004 USA and International Statistics news article.

With retail prices for a 10oz bottle of water at approx $2.00 and 16 bottles to a gallon, readers are invited to have fun with the math per gallon and the potential revenue streams for the water available to SuperVision.

The "Magic Garden" project by SuperVision Entertainment Inc. will be a scientific, educational, environmental showcase for new environmental technology set in spectacular grounds and gardens. The entire 810 acres will have its power supply from alternate energy sources, including the amazing "SuperMag" developed by SuperVision.

To provide an idea of what SuperVision intends to develop, readers are encouraged to visit web sites such as in the U.K., which is now England's third most popular tourist attraction, and in Victoria, B.C., which has approximately seven million visitors a year.

For those corporations involved in the production and marketing of bottled water, or those companies involved in alternate energy, landscape design, or any company that might be interested in participating, an invitation is made to have them enquire into opportunities in the development of the project. SuperVision currently has 100% interest in the "Magic Gardens" project.
