When a business first joins the support.com subscription service, an expert Solutions Engineer will run a tune-up on each enrolled PC, work to resolve any current issues, install SupportSoft's EasySupport software and check each computer for up-to-date anti-virus and spyware software. After joining the program, when a user experiences a problem, they simply click the EasySupport icon on their PC desktop to connect with a Solutions Engineer who will assess and work to resolve the problem.
