Supporting the International Softball Federation Junior Men's World Championship

WHITEHORSE, YUKON--(Marketwired - July 11, 2014) - Department of Canadian Heritage

Ryan Leef, Member of Parliament (Yukon), on behalf of the Honourable Bal Gosal, Minister of State (Sport), today announced $150,000 in funding for Softball Canada. This funding, provided through Sport Canada's Hosting Program, supports the hosting of the 10^th International Softball Federation (ISF) Junior Men's World Championship.

The championship will be held in Whitehorse, Yukon, from July 11 to 20, 2014.
