Supreme Retail Solutions Builds a Foundation for Great Management

BATON ROUGE, LA--(Marketwired - Jul 13, 2015) - Supreme Retail Solutions, a retail marketing firm working with fortune 500 retailers in and around the Baton Rouge area, has recently announced its goal to undergo a major expansion in 2015. Market Manager, Jordan Benton, proudly announced Supreme's recent recognition by its main clients on their national high-roller list, stating that "hard work, determination, resilience, and a winner mentality" are the qualities that helped to rocket Team Supreme to the top.

However, the real secret to Benton's success as a manager comes from his ability to help his employees to achieve their own personal goals of management. In addition to running the business, Benton spends time training career-oriented employees in the art of leadership through a management mentorship program in the office. While he is currently staffing five locations in Baton Rouge, Benton confided that his goal is to train at least four additional managers and open up four outside locations within the next year. When asked about his main focus in building such a vast organization, Benton shared his main hope, "We are an organization that is growing, profitable, and I am helping others hit their goals, so that I can hit my goals. Expansion is the only way that I can grow. It is the beginning of the foundation."

Manager trainees at Supreme Retail Solutions have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the sales and marketing field in a positive and energetic environment while learning the key elements of leadership and client care. Sterling Endsley Jr. explained his take on the management training program at Supreme, stating, "Prior to this great opportunity, I had no prior sales experience. Working in this field has boosted my self-confidence and brought me out of my comfort zone. This opportunity has taught me the importance of responsibility and organization as well as teamwork." He particularly expressed his admiration for the program's meritocracy, exclaiming, "I believe the top skills to be successful are communication skills, people skills, public speaking, organization, optimism, timeliness, and responsibility." In his opinion, promotions at Supreme are based in a sense of personal accountability and hard work.

Management training also challenges employees to confront their weaknesses and to overcome them to reach personal and professional goals. Site Supervisor, Mike Walker, stated, "I have learned so many skill sets and have manufactured a positive mindset! I have gotten more receptive to adversity, and my hunger to be great has increased!" For many Supreme employees, like Mike, greatness comes from showing up to work each day with the mindset that one can control their future, their circumstances, and their success through the way they speak to others and by how hard they work to represent their clients.

It is easy to see that Benton is building the foundation for a powerhouse organization in Baton Rouge, taking the marketing field by storm. Supreme Retail Solutions has proudly announced their intent to build up their community through company-wide philanthropy initiatives starting this summer. Morgan Bell, Supreme's Office Manager, reported that the company plans on participating in community outreach programs for the rest of 2015.
