Sureline Systems Welcomes KK George as New CTO

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwired - March 09, 2015) - Today, Sureline Systems has announced that KK George has joined its team as Chief Technology Officer. He has two decades of experience in product development, and has worked extensively in the storage domain.

Mr. George has setup and managed development centers for US based companies including StorSimple (acquired by Microsoft in Nov 2012) where he was responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of the Cloud Snap and Cloud Clone features; Zmanda (acquired by Carbonite in 2012) where he created the Zmanda Recovery Manager (ZRM) product for MYSQL. He completely designed, architected and implemented ZRM for MySQL from scratch and wrote more than 75% of the code for this product. This product has enabled Zmanda to win many awards including the MySQL Partner of the year 2008 and the FOSS India award 2008.
