SurePayroll Wins Award for Use of Technology in Customer Service

Also Honored in Public Voting, 7 Total Stevie Awards

The Stevie Awards honors outstanding performances in the workplace internationally, receiving more than 10,000 nominations every year from more than 60 nations.

SurePayroll took home a bronze medal at a ceremony in Las Vegas last week for Best Use of Technology in Customer Service, specifically in the accounting, banking, financial services and insurance industries.

The payroll company's use of online chat earned a 4.5/5 satisfaction rating from users, helping customers handle complex payroll and tax-related matters. SurePayroll's internal system also allows service representatives to answer 80% of calls within 20 seconds.
