ALEXANDRIA, VA and ST. PAUL, MN--(Marketwire - February 1, 2010) - Surescripts, The Nation's E-Prescription Network™, today announced that Paul Uhrig, general counsel, executive vice president of legal and finance and chief privacy officer at Surescripts, has been appointed to the National eHealth Collaborative (NeHC) Board of Directors.

NeHC was developed through an open, multi-year, multi-stakeholder process and operates under a cooperative agreement with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), making it uniquely positioned to be the objective convener of stakeholders and facilitator of collaborative efforts to help shape the future of health information exchange.
