SurfControl Rolls Out Enhanced Partner Program and Launches New Partner Portal

Vows to Raise the Level of Partnership; New Partner Portal Provides Partners With Diverse Tools and Resources to Help Grow Their Business

The SurfControl Partner Program is designed to increase partner profitability and success through an enhanced, user-friendly partner portal, structured partner program levels, dynamic marketing support and our improved STAR Certification program. A key delivery mechanism of the SurfControl Partner Program is the launch of the new SurfControl Partner Portal (formerly known as Reseller Central), which will provide contracted partners with a diverse set of tools and resources designed to help grow their business.

SurfControl Partner Program

The Surf Control Partner Program is structured with three levels of participation for partners who sell, integrate, influence and/or provide on-demand services around the variety of SurfControl solutions. Each level is tailored to ensure that program benefits are matched to the unique partner needs.

New to the program is the integration of SurfControl's Technology, Strategic and OEM Alliance Partners. These partners can qualify for program benefits including: participation in co-branded marketing collateral and activities, product development and sales support.

The SurfControl Partner Program is open to new partners across the world. Existing partners will not be required to re-enroll. Current partners will be contacted by SurfControl within the next 90 days to review their status and criteria to determine which level of the program best suits their business.

SurfControl Partner Portal

The SurfControl Partner Portal, formerly known as Reseller Central, is an exclusive portal designed to provide convenient access to the diverse tools and resources available to all contracted SurfControl partners. The Partner Portal offers single sign-on functionality with easy access to marketing tools, including sales guides, pricing and competitive information. The Portal also offers sales tools, such as online product demos and scripts, online Partner Quote Manager, and integrated Go-To-Market Campaign strategies to empower our partners to drive business opportunities.

In addition, partners gain easy access to the enhanced STAR Certification program, SurfControl's technical and sales certification training program, deal registration program (for approved partners), MDF and Co-op Marketing Account Funds management and distribution and partner contract and profile management.
