SustainCo Inc. Announces Agreement as Distributor of Siemens Canada Building Technologies in Central and Southern Ontario


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 20, 2015) - SustainCo Inc. (the "Company" or "SustainCo") (TSX VENTURE:SMS)(CSE:SMS.DB) is pleased to announce that SustainCo Solutions & Services through its operating group, VCI Controls Inc., has executed a distributor agreement with Siemens Canada Limited, Building Technologies Division, to market and service Siemens' Building Technologies Talon BACnet product in the Golden Horseshoe area of Central and Southern Ontario.

The Golden Horseshoe, the larger ring around the greater City of Toronto, represents a population of roughly 9 million people and is expected to reach 11.5 million by 2031, with roughly 70% of Ontario's population.

Siemens Building Technologies include Talon BACnet and Talon Network Manger (TNM) System incorporating the Niagara Framework™ with an open interoperability standard to speak with multiple communications protocols as well as web-enabled energy management from a smart phone or tablet. In addition, Siemens products enhance the use of wireless monitoring and controls.
