SustainCo Inc. Announces an Agreement With Gordon Food Service to Design A $1.9 Million Natural Gas Generator System


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 19, 2015) - SustainCo Inc. (the "Company" or "SustainCo") (TSX VENTURE:SMS) is pleased to announce that SustainCo Solutions & Services through its operating group VCI Controls Inc. has been retained by Gordon Food Service Canada Ltd. for the completion of a feasibility and design study for a $1.9 million natural gas generator system. Upon acceptance and meeting key conditions, the company would be retained to build and commission the system for this site retrofit.

SustainCo's Building Performance group assessed and created the opportunity for the natural gas generator package. The system will be utilized for both emergency and non-emergency requirements, and will capitalize on Demand Response and electricity price differences in the market.

The feasibility study will be completed within the next thirty days, and upon acceptance the project is expected to be completed in 2015.
