Leader in Enterprise Application Delivery Solutions Names John Williams Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Farzad Tari as Vice President of Business Development

SAN JOSE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 19, 2005 -- Swan Labs, the premier provider of enterprise application delivery solutions, today announced the appointment of John Williams as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Farzad Tari as Vice President of Business Development. Williams will be responsible for driving revenue goals, directing business strategy, growing the sales team, and continuing to improve the company's value proposition for customers. Tari will be responsible for developing and executing Swan's partnership strategies to drive the company's growth.

Williams brings to Swan Labs eighteen years of experience in high-tech ranging from engineering support to executive sales management. Prior to joining Swan Labs, Williams was a sales executive at Infoblox, where he rebuilt the Western and EMEA sales teams. Williams was also Vice President of Sales for Rainfinity, where he led the direct and channel sales teams and increased company sales by 300 percent by the second quarter. Previously, Williams was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for the Content Business Delivery Unit of Network Appliance, Inc., which he led from fourth place to market leadership within two years.

Tari joins Swan Labs with fifteen years in establishing technology partnerships, developing product lines, and driving product marketing in the network communication and security industries. Before joining Swan Labs, Tari was a member of the advisory board and a consultant for Airespace, now acquired by Cisco, on business development strategy and partnership programs. Tari was also the Director of Business Development for Check Point Software Technologies. In this role, he established key global, technology, reseller, and OEM partnerships with industry leaders such as Nokia, HP, and IBM. During his tenure at Check Point, Tari was one of the founding developers of the OPSEC program, which became the security industry's de facto standard with more than 300 partners. Prior to Check Point, Tari held marketing and sales management positions at Cisco Systems and Cadence Design Systems.
