Born and raised in the Los Angeles County area, David graduated from the University of Southern California and is a registered architect in California. For the past 26 years he has dedicated his career to working on healthcare projects as an owner's representative, managing and directing capital construction for programs such as Kaiser Permanente and City of Hope. David brings to Swinerton a unique owners perspective to the implementation side of construction projects, with a focus on delivering cost-effective quality buildings to clients in the ever-changing healthcare delivery market.
