NASCAR Hall of Fame Inductee Richard Petty Makes Special Appearance for Fans at Swisstrax Flooring Booth

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Nov 13, 2013) - Swisstrax® Modular Flooring enjoyed success at the 2013 SEMA Show as the company announced a new brand direction along with the promotion of Jesse Stolp to Vice President of Operations. Highlighted by the one hour meet-and-greet celebrity signing appearance of the legendary motorsports icon Richard Petty, a crowd of enthusiastic fans swarmed the Swisstrax booth and formed lines well beyond multiple neighboring booths in anticipation of Petty's arrival.

Met with an eruption of cheers and applause, Petty graciously signed prepared posters and items including die-cast cars and nostalgic magazines personally brought by his fans. "Richard Petty is an icon and it was truly electric when he arrived to our booth to meet with the fans," said Randy Nelson, President and CEO of Swisstrax. "We look forward to welcoming Richard again to our booth at the 2014 SEMA Show." As Swisstrax holds a licensing agreement with Petty's Garage, the company further looks to work more with Petty owned companies in the near future.

Leading the efforts with Nelson is Jesse Stolp, formerly the Director of Sales and Marketing for Swisstrax who now serves as the Vice President of Operations for the company. "I've learned and grown so much since being a part of the Swisstrax family. Randy has built Swisstrax into a leading worldwide company and brand. I plan on continuing to build upon the success that he has created," said Stolp, who once also enjoyed success as a PGA Golf Professional.

The 2013 year for Swisstrax was filled with evolving growth that included steps towards a new brand identity. Debuting the "GetFloored™" tag line this year, Swisstrax will further incorporate this branding line into its marketing communications.

The 2014 year will debut a full line of new marketing collateral that will continue to cohesively convey Swisstrax's new brand attributes. Most exciting is the new Swisstrax.com website that will receive a complete overhaul and rebuild during the first quarter of 2014. It is expected for the new site to go live in the Spring.

In addition to introducing the new Swisstrax brand image, the company also looks to solidify its new direction with several strategic partnerships that will be announced early next year.
