Swordfish Financial, Inc. Retains Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP to File Schedule 14A Proxy Statement

ROCKWALL, TX--(Marketwire - May 3, 2011) - Swordfish Financial, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SWRF), a diversified financial asset recovery company that acquires orphaned assets, today announced that it has retained Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP in connection with the filing of a Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Proxy Statement relates to the proposed amendment of the Company's articles of incorporation to affect a 10-to-1 forward stock split, change the par value of the Company's common stock, increase the Company's number of authorized shares of common stock, and authorize the issuance of blank check preferred stock.

Any shareholders planning to attend the May 6, 2011 shareholder meeting please disregard. We will update all shareholders of the new date and time of the next shareholder meeting after the Definitive 14C is approved by the SEC.
