PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 26, 2016) - Symphony EYC, the leading provider of software and services for retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers, today announced the appointment of Adrian Sosa to the new position of Senior Vice President, Analytics, Americas for its insights business. In this new role, Sosa will be responsible for analytics leadership across all clients in the Americas; this includes the development of custom analytics solutions for individual clients as well as the development of new analytics methodologies for the Symphony EYC Customer-Centric Retailing and Symphony Retail Cloud offerings.
Sosa comes to Symphony EYC with more than 15 years of professional analytics and marketing experience in the retail, consumer banking, and client services industries. Most recently, Sosa was Senior Vice President, Membership & Analytics at BJ's Wholesale Club where he led the team responsible for the management and execution of all membership acquisition and relationship marketing and retention programs. Prior to joining BJ's Wholesale Club, Sosa served as Vice President, Analytic Solutions at AirMILES/Loyaltyone in Toronto, Canada, where he was responsible for analytical and CRM delivery for all AirMILES Coalition Sponsors. Sosa started his career at the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Treasury, after which he spent five years in banking, first in Commercial Finance for Wells Fargo, and then M&T Bank Corporation, and subsequently spent eight years with CVS/pharmacy where he helped to run the CVS ExtraCare program.
