Symphony GOLD Announces Xcelerate Retail Forum 2016

Industry Leaders and Formula One Experts to Speak on How Innovation, Data and Technology Can Drive Superior Results Across Retail, Consumer Goods and the World of Motor Racing

PARIS, FRANCE--(Marketwired - Aug 10, 2016) - Symphony GOLD, provider of the GOLD unified software platform for omni-channel retail, today announced its new global customer event, Xcelerate Retail Forum 2016, will take place October 11 - 13 at the Marriott Rive Gauche in Paris, France. The conference, designed for leaders responsible for Customer Engagement, Merchandising & Category Management, Supply Chain and Retail Operations, will feature presentations from leading retailers, manufacturers and industry experts; time for attendees to network and exchange ideas with peers as well as the opportunity to road test the latest technologies in the Innovation Zone.

In keeping with the "Xcelerate" theme, the forum will feature special guest speakers David Coulthard MBE, one of the most successful British drivers in the history of Formula One, and Mark Gallagher, senior executive from Jordan Grand Prix, Red Bull Racing and Cosworth. With many similarities to retail, the pinnacle of motor racing is continually innovating, combining latest technology, data and analytics with teamwork and constant communication to give drivers a competitive advantage out on the track.
