Sync2 Entertainment Terminates Agreement and Refocuses

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(Marketwire - May 5, 2009) - Sync2 Entertainment Corporation ("Sync2" or the "Company") (OTCBB:SYTO) has announced that earlier this month, as reflected in its filings, has cancelled its agreement to buy Sync2 Agency. Sync2 Agency had previously made an agreement to purchase certain property, assets and undertakings of a Canadian web development firm.

"In our plan to build an online entertainment company, we were under the belief that there was a need for in house strategic and creative web development services," commented John Moore, Board Member. "In the end we realized that this was not the most strategic way to grow our digital entertainment company and we will soon re-launch our company and our brand as a pure content company," adds Moore.

Sync2 Entertainment is also announcing that subject to Nasdaq and regulatory approval the company will be changing its name to iGen Networks.
