Synergex Corporation Applies for Voluntary Delisting from the Toronto Stock Exchange and Seeks Listing on the TSX Venture Exchange

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 26, 2011) - Synergex Corporation (TSX:SYX), a provider of international logistics and distribution services, announced today that it has applied to the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") for a voluntary delisting of its common shares from the TSX. The Company is applying to have its common shares listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and it understands that if it has not voluntarily delisted from the TSX by February 24, 2011 that the TSX may delist the common shares of the Company.

The Company is working on bringing itself into regulatory compliance and shall forthwith apply for a lifting of the cease trade order on its common shares. At this time, the Company feels that the compliance and market capitalization requirements of the TSX-V would be a more suitable venue for the trading of the Company's common shares.
