Syracuse Marketing Acquisitions Puts Heat on Competitors, Paves the Way for Organization

SYRACUSE, NY--(Marketwired - Apr 2, 2015) -  David Carr, Manager at Syracuse Marketing Acquisitions, graduated from Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management. He originally started out in a smaller business in Cincinnati, but became frustrated with the lack of growth opportunities. Not interested in trading dollars for hours, Carr joined the business in January of 2012, and was promoted to management in January of 2013. He opened his first marketing office in Lexington, Ky.

Syracuse Marketing Acquisitions can now boast about a high caliber portfolio of Fortune 100 and 500 clientele, improved relationships with the Big Box Retailers and generating some of the highest numbers in sales across the country. By pairing with three of the largest clients, David Carr, with the help of the SMA team, was able to expand into two undeveloped markets in Watertown, N.Y. and Hagerstown, Md. within only four months.

Fueled by their personal and team goals, Carr and his team have developed a system of training and developing top market managers in an effort to expand throughout the New York state. Carr spoke at the organizations Northeastern Regional Leaders Meeting in Philadelphia, Pa. this past month, about creating an impactful team identity inside the office. Practicing what he preached, Carr now anticipates to grow into an additional 10+ locations by the end of 2015.

"I have been away more than I have been home lately, I have been flying and taking road trips to help multiple branches in our organization to expand. This is a really exciting year for us, it will be cool to see where we land," Carr, originally from Cincinnati, states. David will be speaking on the importance of taking road trips with your team members at a conference in Dallas this upcoming week.

Carr has created a very positive atmosphere that focuses on developing its representatives.
