System Extensions and Upgrades Deliver Additional
Revenue to Digital Dispatch

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 3, 2005) - Digital
Dispatch Systems Inc. (TSX:DD) announces a slate of new contracts with
Louisville Transportation Company, Reno Sparks Cab Co. and Access
Services Inc. ("ASI").

Louisville Transportation Company of Louisville, Kentucky, which owns
both Louisville Yellow Cab Company and Lexington Yellow Cab Company, is
standardizing both operations onto a Digital Dispatch system. Digital
Dispatch will replace an existing competitor's system in one operation
with 295 Vector 530 mobile data terminals and printers. The
multi-company support capability of the Digital Dispatch's application
will help Louisville Transportation to manage both its taxi companies
from a single dispatch center while optimizing operational efficiency.

"The ability to support both our taxi companies with one centralized
dispatch center is both cost-effective and convenient," said, Jeff
Seger, President of Louisville Transportation. "The GPS-aided
dispatching will guarantee faster response to customers and minimize
idle miles, which means more trips per vehicle. The ability to accept
in-vehicle credit card payments also enhances customer service. Our
strategy is to leverage carefully-selected technologies to improve our
revenue and profitability," Mr. Seger stated.

Reno-Sparks Cab Co. of Reno, Nevada, is upgrading its in-vehicle
equipment with the latest Digital Dispatch products. Under the new
agreement, Reno-Sparks will purchase 110 Windows CE based iPilot 8000
color Mobile Data Terminals which have GPS, mapping and built-in credit
card verification capabilities. Reno-Sparks will also upgrade its old
radio infrastructure with a high speed private radio network. Reno
Sparks was an early adopter of automated dispatch technology, having
installed a Digital Dispatch system in 1994. This upgrade will allow
them to respond to their customers more efficiently.

Robin Street, Vice President of Reno-Sparks, commented that "Digital
Dispatch has been a reliable and trustworthy partner since 1994 and we
felt that it is time to take advantage of their latest innovations. We
expect to set new standards in taxi dispatch in Nevada and wanted to
increase our competitive advantage with the high-end iPilot product."

Access Services Inc., another long-term customer of Digital Dispatch,
has also purchased major enhancements to its shared ride dispatch system
for the 6 fleets that operate in the Greater Los Angeles area, servicing
disabled people.

The value of the three systems and associated service agreements is
approximately one million dollars. Vari Ghai, President and CEO of
Digital Dispatch Systems commented that "In each of these contracts, the
results delivered by our existing systems have opened the door to
further enhancements, renewals or upgrades. With our recently
re-energized sales force, we have significant opportunities for revenue
growth within our existing customer base, in addition to our funnel of
potential new customers."
