T-System Appoints Steve Armond as Chief Financial Officer

Accomplished Executive Brings Nearly Two Decades of Multi-Industry Financial and Strategic Leadership and Expertise to T-System Senior Management Team

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - January 17, 2011) - T-System, Inc., the industry leader in clinical, business and I.T. solutions for emergency medicine, announced today that it has appointed Steven Armond as Chief Financial Officer. Armond has held senior financial leadership positions at start-up, mid-size and Fortune 500 healthcare, technology and manufacturing companies over a career spanning nearly 20 years. He will oversee T-System's financial strategy to drive growth and long-term market leadership. Armond replaces Mark Van de Casteele, who was promoted to vice president and general manager of the paper solutions division of T-System.

Most recently, Armond, a certified public accountant, served as CFO of American CareSource Holdings (NASDAQ: ANCI), where he directed financial strategy, business planning and analysis, accounting and administrative functions. Armond led the company to a successful listing on the NASDAQ and attracted analyst coverage while managing investor relations activities.

His other previous positions include chief financial officer at Data Return, LLC, where he played a critical role leading the company through five consecutive years of growth and profitability that resulted in a successful strategic sale to Terremark Worldwide, which trades on NASDAQ as TMRK. Armond was a founding executive and vice president of finance of the hosting division of divine Inc., and corporate manager at The Quaker Oats Company.

Armond earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Purdue University and a master of business administration degree in finance and economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is an active member of various accounting and financial institutions.
