T3 Telecom Software Introduces T3iCall, a Notification Add-On to Its Unified Messaging Platform

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - November 29, 2007) - T3 Telecom Software, Inc., a provider of integrated telephony solutions, has released T3iCall, a broadcast notification add-on to the T3main platform.

T3main includes feature-rich components that provide the building blocks for a fully customized and scalable unified communications solution including Unified Messaging, Speech Recognition, Speaker Verification, Interactive Voice Response, Voice Transcription, Automated Attendant, Fax, and Announcer functionality. T3iCall is fully integrated with T3main's suite of messaging capabilities, or can be utilized as stand-alone functionality.

T3iCall allows customers to easily create a telephone campaign that can deliver automated messages such as emergency message notifications, service updates, appointment reminders, or marketing campaigns to an audience of any size. T3iCall also includes the following capabilities:

--  Configure dates, days and times for calls;
--  Configure number of call attempts and time interval between call
    attempts;
--  Configure multiple campaigns that can run at varying days/times;
--  Create automated touchtone surveys, such as customer satisfaction;
--  Specify scenarios for answer, no answer, busy and answering machine;
--  Specify transfer of call recipient to a live operator or call center
    automatically or on demand;
--  Configure campaign to deliver messages via voice, email, or text to a
    handheld device;
--  Password-protect or use T3main's voice verification functionality
    (Viometrics) to secure outbound messages;
--  Activate the campaign via a Web interface or through the phone;
--  Review detailed logging data online or via Excel file.
