Forest Capital was formed by John Fox, Donald Kennedy, and Martin Helfand in December 2009. Fox is the President of the Commercial Finance Association for the 2010-2011 period. He was the past chairperson of several CFA committees. All of the founders have extensive experience in the commercial finance marketplace.
