Takedown Entertainment Signs Agreement With SportFight

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Jul 26, 2011) - Takedown Entertainment Inc. (www.takedownentertainment.com) (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights with SportFight, plus certain rights to the brand and sponsorship representation.

Started in 2004 by Olympic wrestler and mixed martial arts fighter Matt Lindland and the Ultimate Fighting Championship's (UFC) Randy Couture in Oregon, SportFight has produced over thirty professional events and amateur circuit fights. As a trailblazer of localized MMA, SportFight spawned countless high-caliber MMA fighters such as Chris Leben, Chael Sonnen and Jeremy Horn. Most of the talent roster graduated to the larger organizations such as the UFC, Strikeforce, Bellator, M-1 Global and DREAM. SportFight also produced a television series, SportFight TV, which aired for three seasons on Comcast.
