Talentpalooza 2010 Puts Talent Management on Center Stage for Second Consecutive Year

During Talentpalooza 2010, which is fast becoming one of industry's premier annual talent management events, attendees will have an opportunity to hear real-world case studies, engage in interactive conversations with industry experts and peers, and learn best practices, trends, and quick tips for making talent management successful in their organizations.

Inspired by the legendary summer music festivals that celebrate talent, Talentpalooza 2010 will showcase some of the industry's leading talent management thought leaders and feature interactive sessions on a wide range of talent management topics. Well-known industry analyst Lisa Rowan, IDC's program director for HR, learning and talent strategies, will take center stage as Talentpalooza 2010's keynote speaker. Her presentation, "Making the Business Case for an Integrated Talent Management Strategy," will map talent management strategies to specific business results and outcomes. The discussion will also focus on the benefits organizations can yield by developing a unified talent management strategy that utilizes targeted training, individual development plans, integrated goal-setting and management, talent pools, performance based compensation plans other development tools to keep critical employees engaged and executing on individual and company-wide goals.
