The tour reinforces and forwards Taleo's commitment to empower organizations with Talent Intelligence™ to increase the impact of talent on business performance. Beginning tomorrow, the "Grow Your Own: Finding and Developing Emerging Leaders," kicks-off in Seattle, WA, Toronto, Canada, Columbus, OH, St. Louis, MO Charlotte, NC and Detroit, MI.

Each half-day workshop will feature presentations and facilitated group discussions led by Taleo and DDI that will highlight current research and best practices around succession planning, competency assessments and workforce planning. Select Taleo customers will also present examples of how their organizations drive leadership initiatives through Taleo and DDI solutions to generate improved business performance.

In the coming decade, the number of potential workers aged 55-74 will increase by 73% while the number of potential successors, those aged 35-54, will actually decrease by 2%1.
