Talison Lithium Announces Implementation of Schemes


PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA--(Marketwire - March 26, 2013) - Further to the press release dated March 12, 2013, Talison Lithium Limited ("Talison") (TSX:TLH) is pleased to announce that the Tianqi Schemes1 have been implemented. Accordingly, all of the Talison Shares and Talison Options have today been acquired by Windfield in accordance with the terms of the Tianqi Schemes.

Tianqi has paid the aggregate Scheme Consideration2 to Talison in accordance with the terms of the Tianqi Schemes, and payment of the Scheme Consideration to Talison Securityholders has commenced today.
