OTTAWA, ON--(Marketwired - March 08, 2016) - The Baby Show, Ottawa's largest, highly anticipated, premium event for expectant and new parents, is returning to the EY Centre March 19 & 20.

Featuring national and local exhibitors, the pregnancy and early parenting exhibition, produced by Hestia International Inc., is focused on both educating and pampering attendees. Visitors can explore new products and technologies, learn actionable tips from top experts, enjoy a little parenting pampering, and much more.

Hear top local and national parenting experts speak on a variety of topics and participate in a Q&A after each session. Sessions include:

  • Dr. Paul Roumeliotis: This generation's Dr. Spock, Dr. Paul, author of Baby Comes Home, will discuss common questions about new baby.
  • Ann Douglas: Best-selling parenting author talking about everything expectant parents need to know with a focus on mental health.
  • Katie Mark: Cloth-diapering expert, Katie will run the Bumbini Cloth Diapers Cloth Booty Bootcamp, discussing the benefits of cloth diapering and touch on the basics of cloth diapers.
  • Lisa Flanders: A Registered Physiotherapist, Lisa Flanders will discuss pelvic floor health.
  • Margaret Wallis-Duffy: A Registered Massage Therapist and International Certified Baby Massage Instructor, Margaret will demonstrate the basics of infant massage.
  • National Capital First Aid: A comprehensive course on how to care for a choking infant.
  • Victoria Brown: Victoria will introduce baby and tot music time, where parents can learn to connect with their children through music.
  • Andrea Strang: A Certified Gentle Sleep Coach, Infant Sleep Consultant, and Postpartum Doula, Andrea will reveal her seven baby sleep secrets.
