TalkPoint Partners With FIPP to Present the First Webinar in Its Global Education Series

LONDON--(Marketwire - Apr 27, 2011) - TalkPoint, the global leader in audio and video webcasting, is proud to announce its partnership with The International Federation of the Periodical Press (FIPP), the worldwide magazine media association, in presenting the first webinar in its Global Education Webinar Series.

The kick-off webinar titled "Webinars for Publishers: A Fresh Revenue Stream," will be held on Friday, May 6 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. BST. During this event, publishers will learn how to partner with advertisers to create valuable, educational content for subscribers by using a cost-effective, efficient web platform.

Additionally, attendees will learn how to capture advertising revenue, engage with subscribers and provide advertising sponsors with important information they can use to turn leads into clients. Ken Molay, president of Webinar Success, will speak to Neal Tornopsky, Director of Digital Media Sales for Northstar Travel Media and Jonathan Braunstein, Editorial Director, Events and Custom Publishing for Financial Times, and discover how they have successfully utilized webinars as part of their marketing strategy.
