The new name reflects the strategic direction of recently acquired subsidiaries, Dallas Lighting & Photonics and Tall Trees LED Company.
The Company will leverage its proprietary and patent pending technologies to optimize its lines of production, architectural/architainment, theatrical, horticultural, municipal and industrial lighting products.
