SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwired - Dec 19, 2013) -  Celebrating the success of one of its High Tide startup competition alum, Tallwave today announced that The Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) selected Delivery-IT (formerly d.b.a. SaveOnCouriers.com) as a winner of the Fall 2013 Arizona Innovation Challenge. Awards range from $100,000 to $250,000 per company and Delivery-IT was awarded the full $250,000 for its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud-based delivery management platform.

Selected from 180 applications, six winners were announced December 18 at the Arizona Technology Council StartupConnectAZ conference in Phoenix, co-sponsored by Tallwave. The Arizona Innovation Challenge awards $1.5 million twice a year to the most qualified, innovative startups and early-stage companies. The bi-annual business competition is touted as awarding the most money in the country for a technology commercialization competition.
