Talmadge Spicer, YellowBrick Marketing's founder, is originally from Brooklyn, New York, but he moved to New Jersey to finish high school. Talmadge went on to study at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ with a focus in Marketing. While attending Fairleigh Dickinson, Talmadge helped run multiple organizations, including Omega Psi Phi fraternity. He was also instrumental in reactivating this now thriving fraternity! In March of 2014, Talmadge began working within a management-training program locally in New Jersey. Taking the knowledge he learned, Talmadge relocated to Idaho and opened the doors of YellowBrick Marketing, Inc.

Talmadge grew so much through the management-training program he himself went through, that his mission is to continue offering the same knowledge to those looking to gain more life experiences and expertise.
