Starting this fall, LE SAC PLUS will deliver nearly 100 million flyers per year for Target through its vast network, bringing the retailer's 'Expect more. Pay less.' brand promise to life in Quebec. For the first couple weeks the cover of the bag will be branded so that guests can easily spot the Target flyer.
