TargetSpot Announces the Appointment of Eyal Goldwerger as Chief Executive Officer

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - August 4, 2009) - TargetSpot Inc. announced today the appointment of Eyal Goldwerger to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Goldwerger brings more than a decade of experience as an entrepreneur and CEO to TargetSpot and will lead the company's strategic expansion. Since 2007, TargetSpot has grown to become the nation's largest internet radio advertising network with more than 15.3 million unique listeners per month through distribution partners such as CBS RADIO, FOX News, Yahoo! LAUNCHcast and AOL Radio. Mr. Goldwerger will succeed Doug Perlson, who is stepping down after leading the company as CEO since 2007.

Mr. Goldwerger's previous position was as CEO of XMPie Inc., a software company providing marketing applications to enterprises, advertising agencies and commercial digital printers. Mr. Goldwerger led the company through rapid growth and oversaw the company's successful acquisition by Xerox in 2006. Prior to XMPie, Mr. Goldwerger held various leadership positions as Founder or executive at leading online advertising and e-commerce companies.
